Workforce HRIS
Replace paper-based HR end-to-end. Biometric time tracking, automated payroll, leave management, and compliance reporting for organizations from 50 to 5,000+ personnel.
A single source of truth for what you have, where it is, and what’s committed. Real-time stock across warehouses, batch and serial tracking, and live transfers between locations.
Your pipeline, connected to real operational data. Sales sees exactly what’s in stock, in production, and committed before they promise it — eliminating apologies after the close.
Close in days, not weeks. Upstream data flows in automatically from Sales, Inventory, and HR, so accounting becomes a confirmation instead of a forensic reconstruction.
Move PO chaos into a structured queue. Requisitions, approvals, vendor catalogs, and three-way matching with Finance — all in one workflow visible to everyone who needs it.
Systems we’ve built for clients whose workflows don’t fit any off-the-shelf box: permit licensing portals, fleet dispatch, patient management, field inspections, and more.
Inventory went missing. Deliveries were wrong. Managing HR for 400+ personnel on paper was unsustainable. Every department had its own version of the truth — and none of them matched.
02
The TransitionDuring
A complete ERP — plus relentless training.
We deployed a complete cloud-based ERP. More importantly, we provided patient, hands-on training to overcome the staff’s extreme resistance to change. The technology was the easy part.
03
The Continuous PartnershipToday
We didn’t leave after launch — we never do.
Deliveries are accurate. HR runs seamlessly. We now continuously maintain their system with ongoing backend support and regular module improvements. They run the food empire. We keep the engine running smoothly.
01
The Bureaucratic GridlockBefore
Vendors dropped off systems and ran.
Tech providers historically dropped off standalone systems and refused to tackle the highly technical challenge of making different city departments actually communicate. The city was left with isolated tools — and the same old paper trails between them.
02
Taking on the Heavy LiftingDuring
We started with the hardest bottleneck first.
We don’t run from difficult backend work. We started by successfully deploying a comprehensive HRIS to establish trust and solve their immediate bottleneck — proving we could handle the technical depth before tackling the bigger vision.
03
The 3-Year VisionToday
One unified ecosystem — department by department.
We are now executing a complex 2-to-3-year integration roadmap, systematically connecting the Assessors, City Planning, the Sangguniang Panlungsod, and General Services into one unified, seamless ecosystem.
01
The Tangled StackBefore
A different system for every department.
Ticketing in one tool. HR and payroll on spreadsheets. Inventory on paper. Fleet movements tracked manually. Marina paperwork in folders. Every department had a different system — and none of them spoke to each other. Reporting required pulling data from five places and hoping nothing slipped.
02
The Phased OverhaulDuring
We replaced the whole stack — without halting operations.
We mapped the entire operation, then deployed in deliberate phases: ticketing first to stabilize revenue, then HR and payroll, then inventory, then fleet management, then marina compliance and regulatory requirements. Each phase went live without disrupting the next.
03
One Platform, End-to-EndToday
Sales of a ticket flows all the way to compliance reporting.
Today, a ticket booking automatically reflects in revenue, the crew assignment lives in HR, the vessel’s movement is tracked in fleet, supplies are drawn from inventory, and marina-required reports are generated on demand. One operation, one platform — not six.
01
The Multi-Site ProblemBefore
Four locations, four ways of working.
FAG operates four machine-shop branches — two in Cebu and two in other regions. Each had grown its own habits, its own forms, and its own way of tracking time, payroll, jobs, and inventory. Consolidating any number across the network meant a week of phone calls and reconciliation.
02
Starting with HRISDuring
We’re laying the foundation before adding floors.
We’re currently deploying HRIS across all four branches as Phase 1 of the full ERP rollout. HR is the right starting point: it touches every employee in every branch immediately, builds trust in the new way of working, and unifies the most-used data set before we move to operations.
03
The Full ERP VisionToday
Phase by phase, one unified operation.
After HRIS, we’ll roll in payroll, then inventory across all locations, then job orders and machine-shop operations, then accounting. The end state: a leadership team that can see what every branch is doing, in real time, from a single screen — instead of four.
The 90/10 rule
90% of the work is people. Technology is the other 10.
Rolling out a new system is terrifying for your staff. Ninety of every hundred hours we spend on an engagement go to people — mapping, training, hand-holding. That’s why we operate as an invested partner, not a vendor.

What makes OmniSystem Solutions different from other software vendors?+
We operate as an invested partner — not a vendor. We don’t drop off software and disappear. We handle the data migration, the cloud setup, the staff training, and the continuous backend maintenance. Technology is only 10% of the solution; the other 90% is the people side, and that’s where we earn the relationship.
Do you build custom software or only deploy off-the-shelf ERP?+
Both. We offer two paths: (A) a Unified ERP Ecosystem for businesses ready to standardize on integrated Sales / Inventory / HR / Accounting, and (B) Custom Ground-Up Development for operations whose workflows defy standard tools. We frequently combine both within one engagement.
Where is OmniSystem Solutions located?+
We are based in Mandaue City, Cebu, in the Philippines. We serve clients across the Philippines, with active engagements in food manufacturing, public sector / local government, and multi-warehouse operations.
What does the engagement look like before signing?+
After an initial conversation, we run an AI-assisted prototyping session. By the second meeting, you see a visual prototype of your custom system — so you understand exactly what you’re committing to before any contract is signed.
Are ongoing system updates and support included?+
Yes. Backend maintenance, security updates, module improvements, and everyday questions from your team are included in the partnership — not billed separately. We don’t nickel-and-dime clients for support.
The conversation
Stop patching holes. Start building a foundation.
Other vendors sell you a license and leave you with the integration. Here’s what happens after you press the button:
01
A 30-minute conversation
We listen to what’s breaking. No slides, no pitch deck.
02
A visual prototype — by meeting #2
AI-assisted prototyping means you see your custom system before any contract exists.
03
Decide with your eyes open
Only then do we talk scope, phases and a timeline that fits your operation.
